Every additional financial burden makes it more difficult for families to save, invest in their children, care for aging parents, or build long-term stability. Strong families need more than good intentions. They need opportunities.

Make Washington More Affordable
Financial stability is one of the strongest predictors of long-term family success.
When families keep more of what they earn, they gain greater freedom to make decisions that are right for them.
That is why I support policies that reduce unnecessary tax burdens, encourage economic growth, increase housing opportunities, and lower the overall cost of living.

Expand Housing Opportunities
A stable home provides more than shelter. It provides security. Children who have stable housing are better able to focus in school. Parents experience less financial stress. Neighborhoods become stronger.
I support increasing housing opportunities by streamlining permitting, encouraging responsible development, expanding middle housing, and promoting homeownership whenever possible.
Every family willing to work toward homeownership should have a fair opportunity to achieve it.
Keep Communities Safe
Parents should never have to wonder whether their children are safe walking to school. Seniors should feel comfortable shopping during the evening. Businesses should not have to accept theft and vandalism as normal. Public safety is not only a law enforcement issue. It is a family issue.
